| Description | This project consists of alley, roadway, and water main improvements located primarily within the Madison Street TIF District, in the Village of Maywood. The work to be performed will include the installation of approximately 1,400 feet of 10" PVCO water main and appurtenances; connection of water mains and installation of water services; removal and replacement of curb and gutter, sidewalks, and driveway aprons; replacement or repair of defective drainage structures; replacement of deteriorated storm sewer laterals and certain sections of combined sewer and manholes; excavation of the existing pavement; installation of an aggregate base course; installation of concrete alley and roadway pavements; reconstruction of pavements with hot-mix asphalt binder and hot-mix asphalt surface courses, milling and resurfacing of hot-mix asphalt pavements, landscaping restoration of disturbed sections of the parkways, pavement markings, signage, and other related work. |
