Tree Removal, Disposal and Trimming Services

The City of Roswell is seeking proposals from Offerors to remove, dispose, clean up, cut down or remove hazardous trees or limbs on City Right of Way or City property. This RFP can serve as emergency calls, on-call or as needed basis throughout the City. The City may award this RFP as a Multiple-Source Award to responsive Offerors to have available a pool of Offerors if it is in the City s best interest. Richardson Ave, Roswell New Mexico, by any Offeror licensed in the State of New Mexico. Any shipping or mailing costs will be the responsibility of the respective Offerors. To help the City of Roswell defray printing costs; it is requested that unsuccessful Offerors return the request for proposal documents in usable condition within ten (10) business days after proposal submittal.* Notice is hereby given that the City Council reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received in case of ambiguity or lack of clearness, qualifications, references, and the right to determine the best proposal, or, to reject the same and to waive irregularities and technicalities.
