Construction Engineering Consulting Services for Utility Improvements

The City has requested cost-share participation from the North Dakota State Water Commission regarding the construction phase portion of the Project. In accordance with the State Water Commission s cost-share policies, the City must conduct a construction engineering services selection process in order to qualify for cost -sharing. This request for Statements of Qualification satisfies the State Water Commission s cost-share requirements. Scope of Services The City is seeking services and consulting to assist, advise, and act on behalf of the City during the construction and post construction phase of the upcoming project. This includes shop drawing reviews, construction management, construction staking and inspection, and other tasks as needed on behalf of the City to complete the Project. The project consists of water main, sanitary sewer and storm sewer replacement throughout the City. Site restoration includes curb and gutter replacement, sidewalk replacement and installation of a temporary gravel road section.
