Emergency Generator Maintenance and Repair

This contract will be a five (5) year Agency Term Contract for Emergency Generator Maintenance and Repair. The Department of Safety and Homeland Security will fund a $100,000.00 parts line on the contract in order for the supplier to purchase parts. Event 12640 does not require parts to be included in the bid. Total cost is estimated to exceed $500,000.00. Respondents may submit written questions about this ITB to the Solicitation Coordinator. All questions must be submitted no later than February 6, 2023. This Contract shall be effective on March 1, 2023 ("Effective Date") and extend for a period of sixty (60) months after the Effective Date ("Term"). The State shall have no obligation for goods or services provided by the Contractor prior to the Effective Date.
