Placentia Avenue Stormwater Quality Trash Full-Capture System - City of Costa Mesa

Stormwater quality trash full-capture system to be installed in the vicinity of Placentia Aveune between Estancia High School and the City's Corporation Yard. The project is included in the City of Costa Mesa's FY 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Per the owner, as of January 9, 2023, a design team has been selected and is under design. The owner states that anticipated construction start is in August 2023, approximately. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
