Description

The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) requests bids to replace first floor windows, install air conditioning and replace stairs at the Longmont Readiness Center in Longmont CO. The project consists of replacing existing windows with energy efficient and blast resistant windows. An existing wood frame stair will be replaced with a steel stair. Three HVAC split units will be installed to add air conditioning and supplement heat to administrative areas. Site work to include two concrete pads for A/C condensers with protective bollards. The building is approximately 13,250 SF.
