Description

Qualified contractor to construct Well House No. 4, which includes furnishing a submersible well pump with VFD, piping system, chemical system, instrumental and control system, HVAC system, electrical system, water main extension for connections to the water system and to the proposed Southfield Elevated Water Storage Tank (Water Tank Design-Build by others) on the same property, overall site improvements, and all appurtenances and incidental items associated with the construction of the well house to be complete and in place. The 1.522 acre project site is on property owned by the Town of Elkton adjacent to and east of 197 Frenchtown Road in Elkton, Cecil County, Maryland.
