Description

Replacement of individual electric water heaters with central electric water heaters, mixing valves, circulators and associated piping and accessories. Removal and replacement of lower kitchen cabinets, countertops, sinks and faucets. Associated asbestos abatement and electrical work. The work is estimated to cost $408,000. Bidders requesting Contract Documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for $40.00 per set for UPS Ground (or $65.00 per set for UPS overnight), nonrefundable, payable to the BidDocs ONLINE Inc., to cover mail handling costs. The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women.
