| Description | Project has been awarded but award amount not confirmed. Fond du Lac County - Restroom/Shelter Project, located within Roosevelt Park The Project consists of demolition of the existing structure to build a brand new restroom shelter facility. There will be shelters on the east and west sides of the restroom. The restroom will be compliant with all ADA guidelines. New concrete sidewalks will be installed from both parking lots as well as wrapped around the structure as a whole that leads west towards the lake. Questions shall be submitted to Erin.Gerred@fdlco.wi.gov on January 30, 2023 at 4:30 PM CT. Response will be available through Online prior to 4:30 PM on February 3, 2023 A certified check or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and satisfactory Surety Company in the amount of 10% of the Bid made payable to Fond du Lac County shall accompany each bid. Successful Bidders will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract. Completion Schedule: It is the Owners intention to start construction February 28, 2023 with substantial completion January 1, 2024 later; work sequence by contractors will reflect this schedule. Fond du Lac County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and the right to disregard all nonconforming bids. If the project is awarded, it shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder that will best serve the interests of Fond du Lac County. |
