Description

Design services to correct building systems and life safety issues to meet state fire marshal code requirements. Funds support upgrades to building finishes and all related work. Project Statement: This existing 30,000 sq. ft. building will be updated per code and life safety requirements along with updating / replacing / repairing some building systems (envelope, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) and finishes. These improvements will survey the following but may not be limited to: 1. Asbestos 2. ADA Circulation 3. Masonry repairs 4. Updated millwork 5. Roofing 6.
