The NYS Office of Mental Health seeks to enter into a Five (5) year contract to procure Preventive Maintenance for Building Management System (BMS) & Ancillary Equipment for the Capital District Psychiatric Center, located at 75 New Scotland Ave. Albany, NY 12208.
