| Description | The base contract portion of this project is for the import and placement of sand to re-construct the 10:1 easterly slope of the dune from 4th Ave to Fielder Avenue in Ortley Beach. The contractor shall also grade the sand at each existing walkover as per the original ACoE plan - see provided. The base contract also includes installation and removal of construction access points at the existing vehicular entrance points at the 3rd Ave parking lot and/or Harding Ave. No other access over or through the dune is permitted to preserve vegetation. |
