HVAC Upgrades

The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision to install HVAC upgrades to building 103. • All work to be performed at Building 103. • Customer to provide area for equipment and material storage. • Customer to provide access to area for workers and equipment. • All Work to be in accordance with OSHA and Army Corp of Engineers Safety Manual, EM-385-1-1 Current Edition Safety requirements. • Safety and Health Standards for Construction Industry (29 CFR PART 1929 2007). • Work to be performed in accordance with NUWCDIVNPT Drawings 19-015A (11 sheets) and this Statement of Work, depict the work required on this particular project. • Contractor shall inspect all work in accordance with FAR 52.246-12 "Inspection of Construction." • Contractor shall coordinate with the Design Engineer (NUWC TPOC) prior to commencement of work to ensure all scheduling and access issues have been worked out properly. Any questions shall be directed to the Design Engineer only.
