The scope of the project is the removal of bamboo plank flooring system in the lobby area and installation of new porcelain tile throughout and entrance matt as indicated. Your bid should be broken up as follows: 1. Main Lobby – removal of existing bamboo plank flooring – installation of new porcelain tile including entrance matt and frame. 2. Additional Optional Work – o Plinth and (3) stairs – removal of existing rubber flooring material – installation of new porcelain tile.
