Construction of a Parking Lot and Service Area

This project will reconstruct the existing back-of-house service area at the historic Bear Mountain Inn. The project includes both the renovation of the service area as well as the addition of a formal parking lot, along with related site improvements. Work will include: • New asphalt, porous asphalt, and concrete pavements • New granite curbs and boulders • New and renovated plantings, including trees, shrubs, perennials and lawn • New wooden guardrail, fence, and gate • New rain gardens and other drainage infrastructure • New site lighting, relocated electric car charging stations, and related electrical workTotal sq ft for project not available at this time.
