Description: Maine Federal Aid Project Nos. 2670800, WIN 26708.00 & 2671400, WIN 26714.00. Location: In Androscoggin County: Project 2670800 is located on Route 4 in Livermore beginning 0.11 of a mile North of Mangan Road and extending Northerly 3.02 miles. In Androscoggin and Oxford Counties: Project 2671400 is located on Route 108 beginning in Livermore at Route 4 and extending North 7.50 miles to Canton. A Contract Performance Surety Bond and a Contract Payment Surety Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price, will be required of the successful Bidder. This Contract is subject to all applicable Federal Laws. This contract is subject to compliance with the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program requirements as set forth by the Maine Department of Transportation.
