Henry Brown Boulevard Phase 2 Improvements

Work includes roadway improvements of approximately 4.0 miles on Phase 2 of Henry E. Brown Jr. Boulevard, Montague Plantation Road, Old Mount Holly Road, and US-52 in Berkeley County, SC. The project scope includes widening the two lane section to athree lane section, with raised landscaped medians, painted medians, and dedicated left turn lanes atkey intersections between Liberty Hall Road and US-52, major intersection improvements at US-52/Old Mount Holly/Montague Plantation Road to include widening the at-grade CSX railroad crossing, and a new multiuse path along the entire length of the project. This project also includes water relocations of approximately 5500 LF of waterline and sewer relocations include a new pump station access and air release valve.
