Description | Viborg-Hurley School District #60-6 Hurley, SD Invitation for Bid Minimum Specs: Exterior Walk in Cooler/Freezer Combination with Floor, NSF Norlake, Kolpak, Thermalrite/ICS or equal or better are approved manufacturers On-site visit will be required prior to submitting proposal Proposal will need to be accompanied by a design to be considered Project will not be able to begin until approximately 5/29/2023, but shall be completed by 6/30/2023 Exterior Dimensions: 14'x18' x 8'7', 4" Foamed in Place Panels, 26 gauge embossed coated Galvalume Exterior and Interior, Interior Panels White, Aluminum Smooth Finish Floor, Units will Share an Interior Common Wall. Freezer Section to maintain -10F, Cooler Section to maintain 37F. Unit to be installed on an Existing Slab. Building Voltage 208/60/1 1 ea Sloped Weather Roof with Weather Roof Cap- Sloped away from the building 2 ea Roof Mounted Compressor Units 1 ea Exterior Ramp 1 ea Interior Trim 1 ea Non-Skid Floor Strips 2 ea 36" Doors with Door Closures, Deadbolt Locking Handles 2 ea Digital Thermometers 4 ea 48" LED Lighting 1 ea Minimum 10-year Panel Warranty 2 ea 5 Year Compressor Warranties Contractual Liability covers the following indemnity agreement: The contractor shall indemnify and hold harmless The Board against any form of liability, claims, damages, demands, and cost, including attorney fees of every kind and nature and attributable to bodily injury, sickness, disease, or death or to damage or destruction of property resulting from or in any manner arising out of or in connection with the performance of this contract Comprehensive General Liability Bodily Injury: $1,000,000 Each Occurrence $1,000,000 Annual Aggregate Property Damage: $1,000,000 Each Occurrence $1,000,000 Annual Aggregate OR Single Limit: $2,000,000 Each Occurrence The installation of the walk-in cooler/ freezer to include receiving the boxes and all associated materials at the job site and assuming all damages, setup of the unit in place, mounting of condensers outside on the walk-in roof, running refrigeration lines, drain lines, piping, wiring, hooking up electrical connections to the units. A 54" width door opening will need to be cut in the existing exterior wall to allow for access from the interior of the building. It also includes installation of trim of interior and exterior walls. The vendor is responsible for starting the unit and making all necessary adjustments. The Vendor is responsible for all trash/crating removal. The Vendor will provide drawings for owner's approval before ordering.
