| Description | This background information explains the Citys current solid waste and recyclables collection system. The city is currently responsible for all Solid Waste, Recyclables, Yard Trash, and Bulk Trash collection provided in the city limits, except to such customers under previous franchise agreements that are not exclusive to this agreement. The City currently provides Solid Waste and Recyclables Collection Services for Residential Customers, and Solid Waste Collection Services for the majority of Multi-Family and Commercial Customers, with some provision of Recyclables Collection Services for Multi-Family and Commercial Customers.
