Directional Boring Services

The City of Palm Coast Utility Department is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to perform directional boring services. The selected contractor must be adequately staffed and equipped to perform the scope of work as defined at all times. The City may award business to multiple suppliers. A sample of the Master Services Contract Agreement is attached to this Project Manual for your review. The City intends to award Master Services Contracts to one or multiple qualified contractors for Directional Boring Services with a term of three (3) years with two (2) annual renewal options.
