UCH Landscaping and Fertilization Services

Provide all labor (including any required training, licensing and certifications) supervision, materials, tools and equipment required to furnish landscaping tasks, including but not limited to, fertilization services to maintain lawns, weed control of lawns and landscaped areas, tree and shrub care and other related landscaping tasks upon UCH request on the listed campus locations. (“Services”) All work shall be in accordance with the specifications included in Exhibit A Service Requirements for the 2022 growing season. Current Service locations are: Campus A - 263 Farmington Avenue campus including Courtyard (Main Building), Musculoskeletal Institute (MSI) and Outpatient Pavilion (OP) Campus B - 16 Munson Road, Campus C – 400 Farmington Avenue Cell and Genome Sciences Building (CGSB) Campus D - 195 Farmington Avenue.
