Description

It is the intent of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (Commission) to establish a contract to perform General Contractor Services on a Time and Material format and on "as needed" basis for minor construction, and maintenance/repair projects. Contractor shall perform renovation, rehabilitation, refurbishment, alteration, modification, restoration, replacement and repair services to the general site and buildings (interior and exterior) improvements (Industrial Dynamic Equipment excluded), as determined by the Commission.
