| Description | The Town of Palm Beach, Florida (The Town) is hereby inviting qualified contractors to submit competitive bids to perform services that will consist of raking of seaweed and removal of litter and other debris from the Town beaches. The awarded contractor shall be required to obtain necessary FDEP, Bureau of Beaches and Coastal Systems permits for beach maintenance and work in coordination and compliance with the FFWCCs Bureau of Protected Species Management officials. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidders, whose bids meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this Invitation to Bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date set for the opening thereof. |
