*As of August 24, 2023, construction has already been started. The project consists of the renovation at the Williams Resource Center in level 1. The project is roughly 48,500 square feet. The project includes demolition of an existing production kitchen, fitness area, conference space and clinic. The renovated area will include a new fitness center as well as potentially a new conference center and game room. Several existing restrooms in the adjacent areas are to be renovated as well to make them more accessible.
