| Description | The purpose of this Invitation to Bid is to establish a Price Agreement with multiple responsive and responsible vendors capable of providing Escambia County with quality supplies as well as prompt, reliable service, utilizing prices that are fair and reasonable. Questions concerning this request should be directed to the Escambia County Purchasing Office in writing at abroggenbuck@myescambia.com prior to 3:00 p.m CT. on September 23, 2022. Attached to bid you shall find a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (circle one that applies) in the amount of five percent (5%) of bid. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids with or without cause, and to award the bid that it determines to be in the best interest of Escambia County. |
