Location: Beggs Public Schools, Campus 1201 West Ninth Street & Campus Drive Beggs, OK 74421. Bidders for Work Packages may be required to submit a Contractor's Qualification Statement as specified in Document 00 2113 - Instructions to Bidders, Article. Bidders may view the Bid Documents at the Office of the Owner, Architect, or at online Plan Rooms. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount. 1. Bidders are required to submit sample copies of each required Bond, including Bid Bond, no less than seven (7) days prior to scheduled Bid Opening. Your Bid is required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
