Roane County is inviting sealed bids for PAVING ROANE COUNTY PARK subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Invitation to Bid, the bid specifications and the Roane County Purchasing Manual. This bid is being done in connection with the County's projects that are being funded by the Tennessee Department of Environment & Conservation (TDEC) and/or the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). All bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1976, as currently amended if bid price exceeds $25,000. If bidding over $25,000 a 5% bid bond is required.
