The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Albany Technical College for a HVAC Upgrade project within their Building A, Prosperity Hall Office Suite located on the Albany Campus, in strict conformity with the project plans, bidding documents and contract documents associated with this project. The Albany Campus is located at 1704 South Slappey Blvd, Albany, GA 31701. All questions regarding the bidding documents, the bidding process, substitution requests, and Team Georgia Marketplace (TGM) must be submitted in writing to the contracting officer listed below in order to be accepted. Only written responses will be binding.
