| Description | For asbestos abatement (flooring) at the Memorial School in the Town of Natick. All Responses shall comply with the RFR issued by the Town of Natick, including, without limitation, Section 1, Instructions to Responders, and Submission Requirements. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any, any part of, or all Responses in the best interest of the Town. Contract award is subject to appropriation and award by the Natick Public Schools. Any Response submitted will be binding for thirty (30) days subsequent to the time of opening. Award shall be subject to vote of the Natick Public Schools, as required, and sufficient appropriation/funding.
