Expansion of Fire Station 51

1. Construct a 24’x50’ steel structure Fire Engine bay to connect to existing bay area. 2. Engineered stamped drawings for metal building, foundation, anchor bolt and concrete slab. 3. Construct retention pond and additional paved area according to plans and specifications. 4. Extend asphalt paving to meet the need of the new structure. Metal Building: Contractor to provide and install 24’xSO’ steel building, concrete foundation, slab and apron to extend from and match existing metal structure, by Elite Structures, to include:

Fire/Police Station, 1,200 SF Addition, Warehouse/Storage, Addition.

Division 03 -	Concrete, Concrete Forming and Accessories, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 04 -	Masonry, Unit Masonry.
Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry.
Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.
Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 10 -	Specialties, Signage.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC).
Division 26 -	Electrical.
Division 27 -	Communications.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements.
