Description

Design-Build for renovations to Aldermanic Chamber furniture and layout in City Hall. Painting of room with the colors currently in place which are blue with white trim. White trim to be painted up to and including the lower crown molding. Replace all chamber desks, tables, dais and the public seating benches. Replace all carpet with carpet tiles similar to those currently used throughout City Hall. Demo and replace the wood railing separating the chamber from the aisle. Seating benches for the public are to match the new furniture. Two new 4 foot long benches are being specified for the rear of the public seating area, one on each side of the raised media platform.
