Description

The City of New Bedford ("City") is seeking to enter into a master services agreement with up to five, Owner's Project Managers, as defined in M.G.L. c. 149, 44A 1/2 and as further defined by the provision of this Request for Services ("RFS"), to provide "On-Call" Project Management Services for multiple upcoming construction projects. These master service agreements will be effective through 6/30/26, with one, three-year option to renew at the City's discretion. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
