Freshman Baseball Renovation 2020

1. Requirements of items included under General Work to be completed by all contractors. 2. Provide engineering and layout as required to complete this work. Layout points of reference will be provided prior to commencement of work. 3. Include all required permits and bonds. 4. Perform earthwork as necessary to establish grades, and site grading to within 0.1 feet of the sub-grades indicated. 5. Coordinate work with other trades on site. 6. Contractor shall be aware that this scope of work will require multiple mobilizations and installation times. 7. Removal of all existing fence and footings as indicated on drawings. Work includes necessary backfill from footing removal. 8. Furnish and install new 8’ galvanzied fence and gates around baseball field. 9. Furnish and install new black vinyl chainlink fence and windscreen around dugouts. 10. Furnish and install new protective fence cap. 11. Repairing of surfaces in-kind damaged from chainlink fence/footing removal and installation shall be included with this scope. 12. Strict enforcement of this contractor’s requirement to provide timely clean-up, removal and disposal of all rubbish and debris generated by this trade during the work. Maintain a clean condition at all areas on site and free from dirt, mud, and gravel
