Armstrong Street Sidewalk and Curb Replacement

This project consists of all labor and material to remove and replace existing curbs and sidewalks on both sides of Armstrong Street, including ADA compliant ramps at intersections, from Jackson Street to Jefferson Street. The BOW reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in submitting a bid, whichever is in the best interest of the City of Kokomo. The Contractor to whom the work is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to the contract amount before commencing work.
