Description

Demolish the existing cooling tower, 120T chiller, condenser water pump, chilled water pump including all piping modifications, electrical modifications, makeup water modifications, and controls modifications. Provide a new packaged air cooled chiller on a new concrete equipment pad in the yard beside the Mechanical Room. Provide new chilled water pumps, air separator, makeup water circuit and all piping and insulation for new chilled water piping. Flush, fill and vent system and provide cleaner and water treatment for the entire closed chilled water system. Provide electrical modifications to accommodate the new work and replace lighting in the Mechanical Room.
