Description | Contractor must furnish all supervision, personnel, labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment required for the complete demolition and removal of the entire buildings and all miscellaneous contents within the structures. Also responsible for obtaining all permits required. Contractor is to notify the property owner 48 hours prior to beginning work. The Contractor shall notify the Ohio Utilities Protection Service at 1-800-362-2764 before beginning the demolition. The Contractor is responsible to make sure all utilities are disconnected from the building prior to the start of any demolition. Remove structure and foundation 970 SF of floor space. Removal of all debris and concrete from the property including all footings, slabs, sidewalks, and any miscellaneous concrete material - See Exhibit B. Removal of all waste materials from the site to an approved landfill. Please refer to the Asbestos Survey Report. Auglaize County is to be provided the weigh slips from the landfill. Caution is to be taken to ensure that no debris fall onto adjacent property. Contractor responsible for any damage to adjacent properties. Removal and/or Filling/Capping of Septic Systems and Wells if applicable. Site Restoration: Site to be filled, leveled, graded, fine graded and seeded. Site to be approved by the County and property owner prior to seeding. All work must be completed within 30 days of letting of said signed contract unless permitted otherwise by the Auglaize County Commissioners. Final invoice and paperwork from the approved landfill be submitted before payment can be processed. Any job which involves road traffic must be approved by the jurisdiction involved, county or township. The contractor is responsible for maintaining proper traffic. Performance bond verification for said project OR 10% Cashier's check. Demo Construction Schedule: Completion of demo: May 31, 2023 |
