Re-Bid Install Fire Alarm System - Northwest Missouri Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center

Scope: The project consists of providing a complete fire-alarm system replacement of devices and panels, by swapping out existing devices and panels for new at all current locations (when applicable) and providing new devices at new locations to provide a code compliant system in the Main Facility and the six (6) cottages. Existing wiring and conduit is intended for reuse, and is assumed in good condition by this design. New wiring will be required for relocated devices and additional devices. MBE/WBE/SDVE Goals: MBE 10%, WBE 10%, and SDVE 3%. NOTE: Only MBE/WBE firms certified by the State of Missouri Office of Equal Opportunity as of the date of bid opening, or SDVE(s) meeting the requirements of Section 34.074, RSMo and 1 CSR 30-5.010, can be used to satisfy the MBE/WBE/SDVE participation goals for this project.
