Remove existing track surface, Mill Existing Asphalt 1.5”, install crack repair as needed, tack coat and install 1.5” of new 9.5mm top coarse, install Spurtan BS, BV or BSS Red running track surface, layout, paint and certify lane lines and markings. Include product warranty.
