Remsen CSD 2017 Capital Improvement Project Phase IIB

The Work includes renovations at Remsen ES and Remsen Jr./Sr. HS. a. Base Bid work includes but is not limited to removal/installation of new rigging and curtains associated with stage/gym at the Jr./Sr. High School. b. Alternate work: includes but is not limited to replacement of ceiling tile and grid in the corridors of the ‘89 wing of the Elementary School. 1. Base bid work: a. Jr./Sr. High School stage rigging and curtain removal to start Monday April 11th - 15th 2022 (first shift). Installation of new curtains and modification to rigging Monday April 18th – May 6th, 2022 (second shift). 2. Alternate work: a. Elementary school ceilings and lighting removal to start Tuesday February 22nd – 25th 2022 (first shift). Installation of new ceiling and existing lighting Monday February 28th – Friday March 11th, 2022 (second shift).

Division 09 -	Finishes, Acoustical Ceilings, Acoustical Panel Ceilings.
Division 11 -	Equipment, Broadcast, Theater, and Stage Equipment.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Common Work Results for Electrical, Low-Voltage Electrical Power Conductors and Cables, Grounding and Bonding for Electrical Systems, Raceway and Boxes for Electrical Systems, Low-Voltage Distribution Equipment, Wiring Devices.
