Q & A deadline: Feb 22, 2021 3:00:00 PM EST Questions Contract Specialist, Robert Rosenstein is the only staff designated and authorized to answer questions about this bid. Bidders may rely only on written responses or interpretations from the Contract Specialist. Verbal and/or written responses given by other City staff in response to bidder questions shall not be binding on the City. The City will recognize written addenda issued by the Contract Specialist as the only legitimate method of responding to questions about this bid or the project described within this bid. The deadline to submit questions is February 22, 2021, prior to 3:00 PM. Questions shall be submitted in writing to Mr. Rosenstein at rrosenstein@plantcitygov.com. The City of Plant City, Florida seeks bids from qualified vendors to furnish all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, tools, transportation and supplies necessary to complete the CDBG Streets Resurfacing as indicated herein The City of Plant City has identified seven streets within the city to mill and resurface using the 2019 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding. The project consists of milling the existing surface course and installing an asphalt overlay of the same milling thickness. On some streets the milling and resurfacing will be an average depth due to the varying thickness of the existing pavement. |
