The City is requesting proposals from qualified general contractors to act as a Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) for construction of the new Willow Bend Neighborhood Park and Natural Area project. Name of RFP must be included in the subject line of the email and proposer's company name must be included in the body of the email. No bids will be considered which have not been received by the deadline set forth above, as determined by the City email server.
