Highridge Family Center - Painting and Weatherproofing

a. Work to include but not be limited to surface cleaning/preparation and exterior pressure cleaning. b. Repairs to include all caulking, sealants, patching, and preparation to surfaces and substrates c. Work to be performed in accordance with specifications provided by Sherwin Williams d. All soil at the base of exterior walls shall be scraped back to a depth of 6” below existing grade to be cleaned and painted. All soil shall be back filled for a uniform appearance once complete. e. Provide an alternate bid, as a separate option, to paint the interior space as outlined in Exhibit “2”. Contractor shall move any existing furniture to the center of the room and shall cover/protect furniture from any paint damage. f. Provide an alternate bid, as a separate option, to soft-wash entire roof and pressure clean all adjoining horizontal concrete surfaces (sidewalks, patios, etc.) as shown on Exhibit “3”.
