Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement (Overlay) Project 2022

Scope of work to provide instructions and assistance in submitting a bid response to provide hot mix asphalt pavement (overlay) over existing roadways for Routt County. a) Attachment A is the Excel Bid Response Sheet. Please ensure the formulas in Excel Spread sheet are accurate. b) Attachment B is the Map. c) Attachment C is Hot Mix Asphalt Specifications. d) Attachment D is MGPEC Form #9. e) We have a 5% over estimate on the tonnage built into the calculations f) All tonnage for aprons has been included within the final tonnage (if applicable) g) Routt County does not have a permitted Hot Plant site available for use h) Traffic control will be required for any work at the aprons

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
