Description

Professional consultants for the development and preparation of Civil Construction Plans for the widening of Nottingham Way from 2 to 5 lanes from Stuart Avenue to Whispering Pines Road and upgrading the 2 lanes from Whispering Pines Road to 12th Ave., and 12th Ave. extending to Dawson Road. The City anticipates using roundabouts at the intersections with Whispering Pines Rd. and 12th Ave. Additional right of way will be required for this project. The City is currently preparing plans for the widening of Nottingham Way from Westover Blvd. to Stuart Ave. and this project should continue those improvements. This project is funded locally using various special local option sales tax revenues; no state of federal funding or permitting is involved.
