Bidder Pre-Qualification: All Bidders must be in compliance with Indiana statutes regarding pre-qualification. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid (or combination of Bids) and to waive irregularities in bidding. All Bids may be held for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days before awarding contracts. The Work Includes: 1. Disconnection and Removal of existing air handling units serving the Auto Shops and blower coil units serving classrooms. Disconnect existing hot water, chilled water and condensate piping and electrical power. 2. Providing and Installation of new roof mounted air handling units and roof hung blower coil units with heating hot water and chilled water coils. New supply duct, return duct and outside air duct. Provide new chilled water piping from Boiler Room to Air Handling Units. 3. New electrical circuits and connections and new temperature controls. 4.All work as indicated on the contract drawings and specifications.
