2023 Asphalt Mill and Overlay

Reference Number 0000317649 2023 Asphalt Mill and Overlay Project at locations throughout the City of Commerce City, Colorado The Work to be performed under this contract includes removal of pavement markings, asphalt repair, mill and overlay of designated streets, installation of pavement striping and markings, installation of speed humps, repaving of parking lots, and related work, at locations to be provided by the Commerce City Public Works Department (see Attachment G). The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Contractor will be required to coordinate construction activities with the City and any other entities necessary for completion of the Project, including but not limited to Republic Services, school districts, special districts, HOAs, and Metro Districts, as applicable.
