Description

Lakeside, Eastgate, and Woodland Trace Pump Station Improvements. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 31, 2023. Sanitary Sewer (Gravity), Electrical Installation/Construction, Sewer Pump Station, Sewer Force Main, Electrical and Controls, Sewer and Water Construction, Pumps or Pump stations The project consists of supplying the labor, equipment, and material necessary to furnish and install two (2) wet well submersible and one (1) underground replacement sewage pumps and accessories. There are three (3) pump stations: Lakeside Drive, Eastgate Drive, & Woodland Trace Condominium locations. The project also includes demolition and removal of certain structures, bypass pumping, electrical work, controls, site work, pavement, erosion control, cleanup, fencing, seeding and other items of construction.
