Asphalt and Concrete Services

CCS seeks to find a contractor or contractors who provide all necessary Labor, Materials, and equipment to provide concrete sidewalks, patios, stairs and curbing AND/OR asphalt repairs on an as needed basis at the direction of CCS Facilities Department. Vendors may bid on one or both aspects. Results of this bid may awarded to one or more vendors depending on the best interests of CCS. The scope of work is to the labor, materials, equipment, and disposal associated with asphalt and/or concrete to maintain CCSs campus and satellite facilities. Project Locations: See below for a list of locations where anticipated repairs are needed. CCS has a right to add and/or remove locations as needed. 1. Colville Center, 985 S Elm, Colville, WA 99114 (Bidders may exclude this location from their proposal if they do not service that area or they may subcontract out this work. Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
