Gutknecht Canopy Damage Repair

The Scope of Work is 1) Visit site to assess roof as well as ceiling damage 2) Phase One: Remove damaged ceiling material to create a safe environment. Work to be Performed within (2) two of weeks upon award of contract. 3) Inspect deck to determine amount of new decking that may be required. 4) Phase Two: When weather permits, remove existing roof coping, EPDM membrane, and any roof insulation. 5) Install new roof insulation to match existing, tapered if necessary. 6) Install new fully adhered EPDM roof system of equal thickness and quality of existing system. 7) Re-Install roofing coping cap. 8) Install new Dry-Vit ceiling system including insulation board, base and finished coat. Finished coat color to approximate as close as possible the color of canopy facade. 9) Phase Two work to be performed within (90) ninety days upon receipt of contract.
