City of Bend Request for Proposals Owners Representative Services - Southeast Area Plan (SEAP) Pump Station Project, No. 1SEMP, Solicitation Number: 23- 3240 The City of Bend requests proposals from qualified firms for Owners Representative Services for the SEAP Pump Station Project. The project, which will use a Progressive Design-Build (PDB) method of project delivery, consists of a new public sewer pump station, discharge force main, and conveyance gravity mains to serve the Southeast Expansion Area (SEA), located in Deschutes County within the Citys Urban Growth Boundary. This work is intended to address the following: overall sanitary sewer system capacity, efficiency, and serviceability for properties within the SEA and adjacent developments. The City of Bend reserves the right 1) to reject any or all proposals not in compliance with public solicitation procedures and requirements, 2) to reject any or all proposals in accordance with ORS 279B.100, 3) to cancel the solicitation if the City finds it is the public interest to do so, 4) to seek clarifications of any or all proposals, and 5) to select the entity/entities which appear to be in the best interest of the City .
